Psychometric validation
This test has been scientifically confirmed. Statistical studies were carried out on group of over 1,000,000 web-surfers. The mean score was found to be very close to 100 and the standard deviation is 15. This distribution is representative of the entire population.
(*) Intelligence is a multi-faceted concept composed of different factors, among which are numerical, verbal, and logical factors:
1 - The numerical intelligence factor corresponds to the ability to handle mathematically-related material (figures and numbers) with accuracy.
2 - The verbal intelligence factor corresponds to the ability to understand language and be at ease with verbal communication.
3 - The logical intelligence factor corresponds to the ability to determine the connection between various elements as well as to uncover the existing relationships within more or less complex groups.
These factors, said to be secondary, are appropriately considered
to stem from a more general and main factor: the general intelligence
factor or intellectual quotient (I.Q.) this gives a global
view of a person's ability to reason and adapt to various
types of situations, from an intellectual standpoint. Among
the secondary factors, logic is the most related to I.Q. Numerical
intelligence also proves essential in numerous trades (finance,
sales, etc.). This said, in a social and professional context
it is often verbal intelligence that plays the leading role.
