A personality assessment tool that help's an individual identify their strengths, weak points and their competencies.

This tool is advantageous to operational managers or SME/SMI structures who recruit on a regular basis. A first-time recruiter would find the results very easy to interpret: the classical approach with single-factors, scored from 0 to 10.
