Central Test is pleased to announce its newly revised version of the Sales Profile Test.
The new Sales Profile-R assesses one's commercial potential, by revealing an individual's scores on the abilities and motivations in the field of sales.

The major changes and advantages of the Sales Profile-R in comparison to the previous version are the following:

  • Questions are closer to"real life" sales scenarios.
  • Scenarios are more subtle as they have been developed with the input of sales directors.
  • "Negotiation Skills" which are considered essential for the success of sales persons was added as a new group.
  • "Approaching Clients" was added as a new dimension to the group "Client Acquisition Skills".
  • The matching of profiles with sales functions was revised and extended with sales positions such as Telemarketer, Account manager and Negotiator.
  • Stronger discriminatory power allowing to better distinguish people with sales potential from people with little sales potential.

This psychometric test is recommended for recruitment as well as for training, internal career development, and sales force auditing.

.: Central Test - NAOP Psychometric Certification Programme

The 5th workshop of "Rendez-vous with Psychometrics: NAOP Level-1 & 2 certification Programme" was held at the Hotel Suba Galaxi, Mumbai from 30th September 2011 to 2nd October 2011.

The workshop, as a unique initiative by NAOP (National Academy of Psychology) and Central Test to create a cadre of certified professionals in occupational testing and assessment, was highly appreciated by the participants who came down from various parts of India.

Programme of the accreditation workshop included a three days intensive training on occupational psychometric testings, preceded by one week introductory reading before the commencement of training and 4 weeks of follow-up and mentoring.

After completion of this workshop, participants are certified in administering psychological tests in any organizations.

.: Central Test Announces the Appointment of General Manager - William Cunche

Central Test is pleased to announce that William Cunche has joined the company as general manager.

William Cunche

William Cunche began his career in 1988 at Canon as a sales engineer. In 1992 he moved to Systar to work as an export sales engineer.
Then T-Systems recruited him in 1996 to lead its electronic banking division. In 2005 he became the managing director at M2M, continuing in electronic banking.
In late 2007 he was made the head of Everest Marketing Group.

William's priority as Central Test's new general manager is to continue the growth of the company (40% per year ) both in France and abroad.

Patrick Leguide, Central Test's founder and CEO, has welcomed William Cunche to the team: "William has the experience, the managerial talent and the commercial vision that we need to streamline our procedures, improve our approach, develop our services and build winning strategies", he said. Central Test is pleased to announce its newly developed tool to evaluate the general knowledge level of the candidates and employess - the General Knowledge Test - corporate.

The new aptitude test, available in English and French, aimed to assess an individual's knowledge in 5 domains: current affairs, international business, economics, media, general science, and intercultural awareness.

This psychometric test can be used for students entering university-level business programs.The General Knowledge Test is also recommended for HR professionals to short list candidates if a good level of general knowledge is required for the targeted job positions.
