This tool is designed to help students, recent graduates, job-seekers and those looking for a career change to focus their job searches by analyzing their key personality traits and identifying what motivates them.
The Career Test is based on John Holland's renowned and respected RIASEC model. The test report will give a detailed account of test-takers' key professional interests and reveal their psychological profile according to Holland's categories: Realist, Investigator, Artist, Social, Enterprising and Conventional. It will also compare test-takers' profiles against more than 200 jobs and professions to identify which career choices are most suitable for them.
Career Test has been scientifically validated using a representative sample of more than 30,000 internet users.
